Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

NeuroKind Parent Support (“NeuroKind”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable UK and US privacy laws.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, and any details you share in contact or enquiry forms. We also collect standard website usage data (pages visited, time on site) via Google Analytics 4. We do not collect payment information directly; payments are processed by Stripe on the Learn platform.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver resources you’ve requested, send occasional emails about NeuroKind services (you can unsubscribe at any time), and improve our website. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-party services

We use MongoDB Atlas to store contact records and enquiries submitted through this site, and Resend to send transactional emails. We use Google Analytics for anonymous website usage statistics. Sessions are stored in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as expected.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active subscriber or client, and for up to three years after your last interaction. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. UK residents have additional rights under UK GDPR. To exercise any right, email laura@neurokind.com.au.
