NeuroKind Parent Support (“NeuroKind”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable UK and US privacy laws.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, and any details you share in contact or enquiry forms. We also collect standard website usage data (pages visited, time on site) via Google Analytics 4, which is linked to our Google Ads account to measure our advertising. We do not collect payment information directly; payments are processed by Stripe on the Learn platform.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver resources you’ve requested, send occasional emails about NeuroKind services (you can unsubscribe at any time), and improve our website. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-party services

We use MongoDB Atlas to store contact records and enquiries submitted through this site, and Resend to send transactional emails. We use Google Analytics 4, which is linked to our Google Ads account to measure our advertising, for website usage statistics. Data is handled in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and to remember your cookie choice. We also use Google Analytics 4, which is linked to our Google Ads account to measure our advertising, to see how people find and use the site. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, these analytics cookies are off by default and load only if you choose “Allow” in our cookie banner. Elsewhere they load by default, and you can turn them off at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or by choosing “No thanks”. Your choice is stored in an essential cookie so we don’t ask again for six months. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as expected.

For visitors in the UK and EEA, our legal basis is your consent. Elsewhere, it is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active subscriber or client, and for up to three years after your last interaction. You may request deletion at any time.

If you purchase a letter review, the document you submit is sent by email to Laura and is not stored on our systems. She deletes it once the review is complete.

Your rights
