By using this website or purchasing any product or service from NeuroKind Parent Support (“NeuroKind”), you agree to these terms. Please read them before making a purchase.
Services
NeuroKind provides online courses, digital resources, and tools for parents and carers of neurodivergent children. All products are for educational and informational purposes only. NeuroKind does not provide clinical, therapeutic, coaching, or medical services.
Purchases
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) with approximate equivalents in GBP and USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Refunds
Our refund policy is detailed on the Refunds & Cancellations page. Consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act, and equivalent US state laws are not affected by these terms.
Intellectual property
All course content, written materials, and resources produced by NeuroKind remain the intellectual property of NeuroKind Parent Support. You may use materials for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale or republication without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
NeuroKind’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
