We want you to feel confident buying from NeuroKind. This page explains your options if something isn’t right.
The ADHD Parenting Course — 14-day guarantee
If you complete Week 1 of the course and don’t feel it’s right for your family, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No complicated process — just a single email to laura@neurokind.com.au. You keep the Week 1 workbook regardless.
Liora Plus subscription
Liora Plus is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds. If Liora Plus was included with a course purchase (12 months free), that period is non-refundable as it is bundled with the course guarantee above.
Digital toolkits and resources
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds on individual PDF downloads or toolkits unless the file is defective. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Australian Consumer Law
Our guarantees are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country.
How to request a refund
Email laura@neurokind.com.au with your name, the product purchased, and your reason. We will process all valid refund requests within 5 business days.
