The LA refused our EHCP request. What do I do now?
A refusal isn’t final: you can appeal to the SEND Tribunal. You don’t have to go through with mediation, but you’ll still need to contact a mediation adviser first to get the certificate that lets you register your appeal. Want to talk through what evidence you already have?
